Fraternal Day at the NYPD Police Academy is an annual event that introduces new recruits to the department's diverse network of religious, cultural, and professional organizations. Held during the recruit training phase, the event promotes brotherhood, fellowship, and mentoring, encouraging future officers to connect with support groups.
